An entity graph connects your Organization and WebSite schema together, along with consistent identifiers, so search engines and AI systems can confidently recognise your business as a single, coherent entity across every page rather than treating each page’s information in isolation. It documents who you are, using facts you confirm; it doesn’t craft a narrative about your business.
Organization & WebSite entity graph build
Organization and WebSite schema connected into one coherent, confirmed entity.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- Your business’s official name, legal structure, and any registered identifiers
- Confirmation of your official social media, review platform, and other authoritative profiles for linking
- Your site’s logo and any other assets the schema should reference
This or something else?
| You want a coherent Organization and WebSite schema structure implemented for the first time | This fix covers it |
| You want your existing profiles linked to your schema via sameAs specifically | sameAs profile linking, a more targeted, related fix |
| You want LocalBusiness-specific schema, for a physical location | LocalBusiness schema implementation, a more specific version |
| You want a Person schema for an individual author or founder, not the business entity | Person & author entity schema |
What we do
- Confirm your business’s official identifying details
- Build a coherent Organization schema reflecting those confirmed details
- Build WebSite schema connecting your site to the Organization entity
- Link relevant authoritative profiles via sameAs where confirmed as genuinely yours
- Verify the resulting entity graph validates correctly
- Test that the connection between Organization and WebSite schema is properly recognised
What is included
- A coherent Organization and WebSite schema structure implemented
- Confirmed authoritative profiles linked via sameAs
- Verified, valid schema output
- A written note on the structure built

- Person schema for individual team members or authors, a separate fix
- Ongoing updates as your business details change over time
Questions about this fix
Will this improve how my business is described in search results?
It gives search engines and AI systems clearer, more confident information to work with, which can support more accurate representation, though it doesn't control the specific wording or format any platform chooses to display.
Do I need a physical location for this, or does it work for an online-only business?
Organization and WebSite schema works for any business structure — LocalBusiness schema specifically is the separate, additional fix relevant if you have a physical location worth highlighting.
What if some of my social profiles aren't actively maintained anymore?
We'd only link profiles you confirm are genuinely current and representative — an outdated or abandoned profile linked via sameAs could misattribute or confuse rather than clarify.
Is this the same as writing an 'About Us' page?
No — this is structured data for machines to read, not the actual visible content of an About page, though the two should obviously be consistent with each other.
Will this help AI assistants describe my business more accurately if asked about it?
It gives AI crawlers clearer, structured, confirmed information to draw from if they access your site, though it doesn't control or guarantee how any specific assistant chooses to describe or recommend your business.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
