1. Find your fix
Search the error you are seeing — paste it in whole if you have it — or browse by symptom. Every page names the exact problem it solves, so you are matching your situation to a fix rather than describing it to someone.
2. Pay a fixed price
The price and the deadline are on the page. No quote, no discovery call, no hourly billing. Checkout asks for four things: your email, your name, an optional company name, and your country for tax and invoicing. There is nothing to ship, so there is no address.
3. Tell us where to look
After paying you go to a short intake form. About three minutes: the site URL, a few questions about what you are seeing, and the access we need for this specific fix.
Every access request says in one line why it is needed. If a fix does not need something, we do not ask for it — and the form says so explicitly, including when we are not asking for your WordPress password.
No credential is ever typed into that form. There is no password field on it and never will be. When we reach a step that needs something handed over, we get in touch and agree how: usually a limited account you can revoke, an invite, or a session with you at the keyboard.
4. We do the work
We take a full backup before anything is touched and keep it for 30 days. Then we do the work, verify it, and send you a note explaining what was actually wrong.
How the clock works
Your turnaround starts when your intake is in, not when you pay. A slow handover never eats into your deadline, so there is no reason to rush the form — a good answer is worth more than a fast one.
If we need something from you mid-job, the clock stops. Time we spend waiting on you never counts against your turnaround. It starts again the moment you reply. Your order page shows the deadline, whether the clock is running, and if it is paused, exactly what we are waiting for.
If it turns out smaller, or bigger
Smaller than what you bought: we do the work, refund the difference, and tell you in the incident note. We do not stop to ask — that would waste your time to deliver good news.
Bigger than what you bought: we stop and send you a quote for the actual scope before doing anything extra. You can accept it, or take a full refund and go elsewhere. You are never billed for work you did not approve.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
That is the whole process. Nothing else happens without you asking for it.
