What this is
Webcare24 is a shop for broken WordPress sites. Every fix is a named problem with a price and a deadline on its own page — you read what it costs and when it will be done before you decide anything.
They cover what actually goes wrong: white screens, 500 errors, checkout failures, sites that got slow, layouts that broke after an update.
Why fixed prices instead of quotes
A quote is a bet on how long something will take, and you pay for the bet whether it was right or not. Hourly billing has the same problem pointed the other way: the slower the diagnosis, the more it costs you.
We price the outcome instead. If a fix takes us four hours instead of one, that is our problem. If we cannot fix it at all, you pay nothing — diagnosis is on us.
That only works because these are named, repeated problems rather than open-ended projects. It is why we sell fixes and not “development time”.
Every fix names its own price and deadline
Not a range, not “from”, not “typically”. The product page for a broken checkout tells you the price, the turnaround, and exactly what access we need to do it — before you buy.
If you need it faster, the emergency option on each page shows the shortened deadline for that specific fix, not a blanket claim.
Care plans start by fixing what is already wrong
We also run care plans. They differ from most in one way: they open with a fixed-length takeover that clears what is already wrong, rather than maintaining whatever state a site arrives in. The tiers, the prices and the rest of the argument are on the care plans page.
What we do not do
We do not build sites, run marketing, or take retainers for unspecified work. We do not ask for your password. We do not start work before telling you what it costs.
Every fix has its price and its deadline on its own page.
