Stop paying to fix the same thing twice
Every care plan opens with a full cleanup of what is already wrong, then holds the site to that baseline and shows you the evidence each month. Not a subscription to hope nothing breaks.

The first weeks are not a subscription
Most care plans start charging you monthly to maintain whatever state they inherit. If the site arrives with a decade of plugin debt, a bloated database and two page builders fighting each other, that is what gets maintained.
Ours opens with a fixed-length takeover that clears it first. Same monthly price — the cleanup is amortised across the term rather than billed as a project.

How response times work
Response is when a person has read your message, confirmed what is happening and told you what comes next. Resolution is when the problem is fixed. They are different numbers and we only commit to the first, because how long a fix takes depends on what the fault turns out to be.
A critical issue means the site is down, checkout is failing, or the site is actively serving something harmful. Everything else is a standard request.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST. Indian national public holidays are observed. Care Essential's response time is counted in those hours. Complete and Critical are counted in clock hours, so they run outside them too.
What a “publish-ready content piece” means
One page or post, up to roughly 800 words, laid out and formatted to match the rest of the site, with images placed and alt text written. The words come from you — we do not write copy, which is the same boundary the rest of the site keeps.
A substantial edit to an existing page counts as a piece. A typo fix does not.
What is not included
The boundary matters more on a recurring plan than on a one-off fix, because it is what stops a plan quietly becoming unpaid development.
- Work beyond the monthly task allowance. Quoted before it starts.
- Malware cleanup on Care Essential. Priced as malware removal & site recovery and quoted at that rate. Included on Complete and Critical.
- New site builds, redesigns and new feature development. A care plan holds a site to a baseline; it does not build the next version of it.
- Third-party licence and hosting costs. Plugin, theme and hosting renewals remain yours.
When a care plan is not the right thing
If you have one specific thing wrong and no interest in ongoing custody, buy the fix instead. A plan is worth it when the same category of problem keeps coming back, or when someone needs to be responsible for the site between incidents.
- The site is down right now — start with white screen of death diagnosis, or the rest of site down and erroring.
- Checkout is failing — checkout failure diagnosis.
- You want the site hardened once, not monitored — security hardening pass.
- You want to know what state the site is in first — vulnerability scan and patch report or a PageSpeed and field data report.
- You run several client sites rather than one of your own — the agency arrangement is usually a better fit than three separate plans.
Allowances do not roll over. Unused task time and unused content pieces expire at the end of each month rather than building up. Anything beyond the month's allowance is quoted before it starts — the same as a fix that turns out bigger than it looked. You are never billed for work you have not agreed to.
