Something other than your actual content renders first when the page loads — a banner, an ad, a slow font. We reorder what loads first so…
Your pages are running far more database queries than they need to, adding up on every visit. We find what's firing repeatedly and cut the count.
Your database's autoloaded or transient data keeps climbing rather than sitting at a stable size. We find what's continuously creating it and stop the growth at…
Your media library is full of oversized, unoptimised images slowing every page down. We resize, compress and convert to WebP across the whole library.
You need caching properly set up, or an existing caching plugin finished rather than left on its defaults. We configure it and confirm dynamic pages stay…
You want static assets and images served from a CDN closer to your visitors instead of all traffic hitting your one server. We set it up…
Your database charset can't store certain modern characters correctly, silently corrupting them on save. We migrate it to utf8mb4 carefully, table by table.
Your comments table is carrying years of uncleared spam, trash and pingbacks. We clear the backlog safely and configure settings so it doesn't rebuild.
Your Core Web Vitals report shows LCP or CLS failing. We find the specific element causing each one and fix it, then confirm against real measurements.
You want the visible part of your page to render immediately instead of waiting for the full stylesheet. We generate and inline critical CSS per template…
Years of post revisions, abandoned drafts and expired transients have bloated your database. We clear it safely and set limits so it doesn't build back up.
You need to hand a working copy of your database to a developer or agency without exposing customer or payment data. We sanitise it properly and…
Specific pages or admin screens are running slow database queries. We identify exactly which ones, and add indexes matched to how your site actually queries data.
You want to know exactly which database queries are costing your site time, ranked by impact, rather than a vague sense that the database is slow.
You want to know exactly what's taking up space in your database, and whether it's genuine content or bloat, before deciding what to fix.
Your database tables are carrying significant overhead from years of updates and deletes. We optimise and defragment them safely, and measure the real reduction.
Slow sites split into two causes that get treated as one problem and rarely are. The first is what loads in the browser: unoptimised images, render-blocking CSS and JavaScript, no caching or CDN, fonts and third-party scripts that delay the page long after the visible content is ready. The second is what’s happening in the database underneath — years of post revisions, expired transients, orphaned postmeta and log tables nobody cleaned up, adding weight to every query WordPress runs whether or not a visitor ever sees the result.
Fixing either one without checking the other usually disappoints: a caching plugin can’t compensate for a database carrying ten times the rows it needs, and a lean database won’t fix a homepage loading four unoptimised hero images. What these fixes have in common is that they start by measuring rather than guessing — an actual query count, a real Core Web Vitals report, a proper audit of what’s slow and why — and then work through causes in the order they’re actually costing time. The number that matters is what a real visitor experiences, not a synthetic score.
