This is a comprehensive report, not a fix applied directly: a full review of how machine-readable your site actually is across schema, crawler access, semantic structure, and JavaScript-dependent content, compiled into one prioritised document so you know exactly where you stand before deciding what, if anything, to fix.

What we need from you

  • Access to the site sufficient to conduct a thorough review
  • Confirmation of any specific concerns you already have, to make sure they’re covered
  • Your preferred report format, if you have one

This or something else?

You want a full, prioritised assessment of your site’s machine-readability across every relevant area This fix covers it
You already know the specific issue and want it fixed directly, not a broader audit The relevant specific fix instead — likely faster and cheaper if you’re confident in the diagnosis
You specifically want to know about JavaScript-hidden content, nothing broader Server-side rendering check for JS-hidden content, the more targeted version
You want schema validation errors checked specifically, not the full scope Schema validation error fixes

What we do

  1. Review current schema implementation across the site for presence, validity, and conflicts
  2. Check crawler access configuration, including robots.txt and llms.txt if present
  3. Assess semantic HTML structure across representative page types
  4. Check for JavaScript-dependent content that may not be crawler-visible
  5. Compile all findings into one clear, prioritised written report
  6. Recommend next steps based on genuine impact, not an exhaustive checklist

What is included

  • A comprehensive, prioritised written report across schema, crawler access, and structural readability
  • Concrete findings with specific examples
  • Recommendations ranked by genuine impact
  • Quotes for fixing anything found, if you want them

Not included

  • Implementing any of the fixes the report recommends — quoted separately based on findings
  • Deciding your content or SEO strategy — this reports on technical readability, not what to prioritise strategically
  • Ongoing monitoring after the report is delivered
  • Guaranteeing a specific search or AI visibility outcome from acting on the report

Questions about this fix

How is this different from getting several individual audits done separately?

This looks at machine-readability holistically in one pass, which can surface how issues in one area (like JavaScript-hidden content) relate to another (like schema not reflecting what's actually visible), rather than treating each area in isolation.

Will this tell me what keywords or content topics to focus on?

No — this is a technical readability assessment, not a content or SEO strategy service; what to prioritise strategically is a different kind of question outside this report's scope.

Is this worth getting if I already know about one specific problem?

If you're confident in a single, specific diagnosis, a targeted fix is usually faster and more cost-effective — this report is most valuable when you want a genuinely comprehensive picture rather than confirmation of one known issue.

Will you fix the issues found as part of this report?

Not automatically — we quote separately for whichever fixes you want to proceed with once you have the full picture and can prioritise.

How current will this report be over time?

Accurate as of the review date — since your site's plugins, theme, and content continue to change, a report acted on within a reasonable timeframe stays more relevant than one left for a long period.

A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.

Your access, your rules

Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.

We back up first, always

Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.

If it is not what you bought

If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.

If we cannot fix it

You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.

If it comes back

Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.

What we are responsible for

If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
