The same publish-ready implementation, scaled to up to 20 pages — appropriate when you have a genuine batch of finished content ready to go live at once, such as after a content refresh project or a larger site update. Implementation only: we don’t write, rewrite, or proofread any of it.
Page content update - up to 20 pages
Final copy for up to 20 pages, organised and published as a genuine batch update.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- Final, proofread copy for each of the 20 pages, with headings clearly marked
- Images for each page, already sized and with alt text written, or instructions on reusing existing images
- A clear mapping of which content goes onto which specific page or URL
This or something else?
| You have final, ready copy for up to 20 pages needing publishing and formatting | This fix covers it |
| You have fewer than 20 pages ready | Page content update – up to 5 pages, or the single-page tier, more appropriately scaled and priced |
| You need more than 20 pages updated | Page content update – up to 50 pages, the larger tier |
| Your content needs writing or significant editing, not just implementing | Outside this fix’s scope entirely |
What we do
- Review all 20 pages’ supplied content against the publish-ready standard before starting
- Organise the batch by page mapping to avoid errors at this scale
- Flag anything missing or unclear across the batch
- Format and publish each page according to its specified mapping
- Apply marked heading structure and insert supplied images with alt text consistently
- Check the full batch against original supplied content before considering it complete
What is included
- Supplied content for up to 20 pages formatted and published
- Consistent, verified heading structure and image implementation across the batch
- A pre-publish organisational check to avoid mapping errors at this scale
- A final verification pass across the full batch
Not included
- Writing, rewriting, or proofreading any of the copy
- Sourcing images not already supplied
- Choosing meta descriptions or internal link targets across the batch
- Deciding the batch’s content strategy or which pages need updating
Questions about this fix
How do you keep track of 20 pages without mixing up which content goes where?
We work from a clear mapping you provide, confirming it against your supplied files before starting, rather than inferring where each piece of content should go.
What happens if a few pages in the batch have missing or unclear information?
We flag those specifically and can proceed with the rest of the batch, holding back only the pages genuinely needing clarification, rather than delaying the whole batch.
Is 20 pages the right tier for my project, or should I consider the 50-page tier?
If you're confident your actual count is close to or under 20, this tier fits; if you expect meaningfully more, the 50-page tier is the more appropriately scoped and priced option.
Will this take significantly longer than the 5-page tier?
Proportionally more time given the volume, though the process itself is the same — we'd give you a realistic timeframe based on the actual batch once we've reviewed what's supplied.
Can this include a mix of new pages and updates to existing ones?
Yes, the batch can include both, as long as each item's mapping (new page or which existing page to update) is clear in what you provide.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
