The same finished-post implementation as our smaller tiers, scaled to up to 30 posts — suited to a substantial backlog of completed content, such as migrating an existing blog or launching with a full content library ready to go. We implement exactly what’s supplied; writing and editing stay with you.
Blog post upload & formatting - up to 30 posts
Up to 30 finished blog posts, formatted and published — suited to a full blog migration.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- Final, proofread text for each of the 30 posts, with headings clearly marked
- A featured image and any in-post images for each post, already sized and with alt text written
- Category, tags, and publish date or scheduling for each post
This or something else?
| You have up to 30 finished blog posts ready to upload and format | This fix covers it |
| You have fewer than 30 posts ready | Blog post upload & formatting – up to 10 posts, a smaller, more appropriately scoped tier |
| Your project exceeds 30 posts | Worth discussing directly — a larger, custom-scoped engagement beyond this tier |
| Your posts need writing or significant editing first | Outside this fix’s scope entirely — a different kind of service |

Questions about this fix
Is this suitable for migrating an entire existing blog to a new site?
Yes, this tier is well suited to that kind of substantial, one-time content migration, provided the posts are already finalised and ready in the format we need.
Can these 30 posts be scheduled to publish gradually rather than all at once?
Yes, if you supply a specific schedule, we'll implement each post's publish date according to your plan rather than publishing everything simultaneously.
What if some posts in this batch are ready and others aren't?
We can proceed with the ready ones now and flag the rest, rather than holding the entire batch for a handful of incomplete posts.
Is there a tier larger than 30 posts?
This is our largest standard blog upload tier — a project significantly beyond 30 posts is worth discussing directly as a custom-scoped engagement.
Will you check for consistency in formatting across all 30 posts?
Yes, we verify consistent heading structure and image implementation across the full batch, though the actual writing style and tone consistency is an editorial concern that stays with whoever wrote the posts.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
