The same straightforward image replacement as our smaller tiers, scaled to up to 200 images — appropriate for a full sitewide visual refresh or a large product catalogue’s photography update. We implement the images you supply; sourcing or creating new imagery stays outside this fix.
Image replacement - up to 200 images
Up to 200 replacement images swapped in for a full sitewide visual refresh.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- The replacement images themselves, already sized appropriately for their intended placement
- Alt text for each replacement image
- A clear, well-organised mapping of existing images to their replacements at this scale
This or something else?
| You have up to 200 replacement images ready with a clear, organised mapping | This fix covers it |
| You have fewer than 200 images to replace | Image replacement – up to 50 images, a smaller, more appropriately scoped tier |
| Your project exceeds 200 images | Worth discussing directly — a larger, custom-scoped engagement beyond this tier |
| Your images need resizing or optimising rather than full replacement | Image resize, crop & optimize batch |
What we do
- Confirm the full mapping of existing images to their replacements at this scale
- Check supplied images for basic technical suitability across the full batch
- Replace each image while preserving existing placement and responsive sizing
- Apply supplied alt text to each new image
- Verify a representative sample displays correctly across devices
- Check for broken references following the full batch replacement
What is included
- Up to 200 images replaced with your supplied versions
- Existing placement and responsive behaviour preserved across the batch
- Supplied alt text applied to each new image
- A check for broken references following the replacement
Not included
- Sourcing, selecting, or creating any images
- Writing alt text for the new images, if not already provided
- Full image optimisation for performance, a separate, related service
- Redesigning image placement or layout beyond a like-for-like swap
Questions about this fix
Is this tier suitable for a full product catalogue photo refresh?
Yes, this scale fits well for a substantial catalogue-wide update, provided the replacement images and their mapping to existing products are ready and organised.
How do you keep 200 images organised without errors?
We confirm the full mapping against your supplied list before starting and verify a representative sample afterward, which is the practical discipline for maintaining accuracy at this scale.
Is there a tier larger than 200 images?
This is our largest standard image replacement tier — a project significantly beyond 200 images is worth discussing directly as a custom-scoped engagement.
Will this batch include optimising the images for faster loading too?
Basic technical suitability is checked, but a dedicated performance optimisation pass is a separate, more thorough service if file size and loading speed are a specific priority for this batch.
Can some images in this batch already be quite close in size to what's needed, and others need real adjustment?
We check each image's suitability individually and would flag any that need adjustment before proceeding, regardless of how consistent the rest of the batch already is.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
