This exports your Search Console search performance data (clicks, impressions, click-through rate, position) and analyses it for technical patterns — a drop that coincides with a site change, a page whose performance shifted after a template update — not for recommending which keywords or queries you should be targeting, which is a separate, strategic decision that stays yours to make.
Search performance export & technical analysis
Search performance data checked for technical correlation — not a keyword strategy recommendation.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- Access to your Search Console property’s search performance data
- Confirmation of any known technical changes (a migration, redesign, or plugin update) worth checking against the data
- Your preferred export format and analysis focus, if you have specific questions already
This or something else?
| You want your search performance data exported and analysed for technical patterns and anomalies | This fix covers it |
| You want advice on which keywords or content topics to target strategically | Outside what this fix does — that’s a content or SEO strategy service, a different kind of engagement entirely |
| You want crawl stats analysed instead of search performance (clicks and impressions) data | Crawl stats analysis & report |
| You specifically suspect a technical change caused a performance drop and want that correlation checked | This fix covers it directly — that’s exactly the kind of technical pattern we look for |
What we do
- Export your search performance data across the relevant time period
- Identify any correlation between performance shifts and known technical changes
- Flag pages or page groups with notable, unexplained performance changes
- Distinguish likely technical causes from normal, expected fluctuation
- Compile findings into a clear, written technical analysis
- Recommend further technical investigation where a pattern suggests one, without prescribing content or keyword strategy
What is included
- A full export of your search performance data for the relevant period
- Technical pattern and anomaly analysis
- Correlation checked against known site changes
- A written report of technical findings
Not included
- Keyword research or content strategy recommendations — deciding what to target is a business decision outside this report’s scope
- Implementing any technical fixes identified — quoted separately based on findings
- Ongoing performance monitoring as a standing service
- Guaranteeing an explanation for every fluctuation, since some search performance variation has no clear, identifiable cause
Questions about this fix
Will this tell me which keywords I should be targeting?
No — this is a technical analysis of your existing performance data looking for patterns tied to technical changes, not a strategic recommendation on what content or queries to pursue, which is a decision that stays entirely yours.
Can this explain a sudden traffic drop I've noticed?
If the drop correlates with a technical change (a migration, an update, a new plugin), this analysis is well suited to surfacing that connection — if it's driven by market or seasonal factors instead, we'd tell you that plainly rather than inventing a technical cause.
Is this the same as the crawl stats report?
No — crawl stats show how Google's crawler interacts with your site technically; search performance data shows how your site actually performs in search results (clicks, impressions, position) — related but distinct data sets.
What if the analysis doesn't find a clear technical cause for what I'm seeing?
We'd report that honestly — not every performance change has an identifiable technical cause, and a clear "this doesn't appear to be technical" answer is still a genuinely useful, honest outcome.
Will you fix any technical issues this analysis uncovers?
Not automatically as part of the report — we quote separately for any technical remediation once you know specifically what the data points to.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
