We run your email through a deliverability scoring tool and hand you a fix list based on the score — a quicker, narrower check than a full deliverability audit, useful when you just want a fast read on where things stand rather than a comprehensive, multi-layered review.
Email deliverability score test & fix list
A quick deliverability score test and fix list — narrower and faster than a full audit.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- A sample of the actual email you send (transactional, marketing, or both)
- Confirmation of which sending source to test, if you use more than one
- Whether you want fixes made directly or just the score and list
This or something else?
| You want a quick, tool-based deliverability score and a fix list | This fix covers it |
| You want a comprehensive audit across authentication, reputation, and content with real test sends | Email deliverability audit report, the deeper, multi-layered version |
| You already know your emails are landing in spam and want that diagnosed directly | Emails landing in spam – diagnostic & remediation |
| You want ongoing monitoring, not a one-time check | Email log installation & monitoring |
What we do
- Run your email through a deliverability scoring tool
- Interpret the score and what’s driving it down
- Compile a fix list addressing the specific items flagged
- Fix straightforward, low-risk items directly where the cause is clear
- Note if a deeper, comprehensive audit would be more appropriate
What is included
- A deliverability score from a recognised testing tool
- A fix list based on what’s flagged
- Straightforward items fixed directly
- A note if a deeper audit would serve you better
Not included
- The full, multi-layered audit across authentication, reputation, and content — a separate, more comprehensive report
- Real test sends across multiple major providers — part of the deeper audit instead
- Ongoing monitoring after this check
- Diagnosing a specific, already-known spam-placement problem in depth
Questions about this fix
How is this different from the full deliverability audit?
This is a quicker, single-tool score check; the full audit reviews authentication, sending reputation, and content patterns together with real test sends across major providers, which is considerably more thorough.
Is a good score from this test enough to be confident in my deliverability?
It's a reasonable quick signal, though it doesn't cover everything the comprehensive audit does — if deliverability is genuinely important to your business, the deeper audit is worth the extra step.
Will fixing the flagged items actually improve my score?
In most cases, yes, assuming the fixes address genuine, current issues rather than something outside anyone's direct control.
What if the score reveals something more serious?
We'd flag it honestly and recommend the comprehensive audit if what's found suggests a deeper, multi-layered problem.
Does this check both transactional and marketing email?
We test whatever you specify — if you send both types from different sources, worth confirming which one matters most to check first.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
