The same straightforward image replacement as the smaller tier, scaled to up to 50 images — appropriate for a broader visual refresh across many pages or products at once. We implement the images you supply; sourcing, creating, or selecting new imagery stays outside this fix.
Image replacement - up to 50 images
Up to 50 replacement images swapped in across a broader visual refresh.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- The replacement images themselves, already sized appropriately for their intended placement
- Alt text for each replacement image
- A clear, organised list mapping each existing image to its replacement and location
This or something else?
| You have up to 50 replacement images ready with a clear mapping | This fix covers it |
| You have fewer than 10 images to replace | Image replacement – up to 10 images, a smaller, more appropriately scoped tier |
| You have more than 50 images to replace | Image replacement – up to 200 images, the larger tier |
| Your images need resizing, cropping, or optimising rather than replacing | Image resize, crop & optimize batch |
What we do
- Confirm the full mapping of existing images to their replacements at this scale
- Check supplied images for basic technical suitability across the batch
- Replace each image while preserving existing placement and responsive sizing
- Apply supplied alt text to each new image
- Verify a representative sample displays correctly across devices
- Check for broken references following the batch replacement
What is included
- Up to 50 images replaced with your supplied versions
- Existing placement and responsive behaviour preserved across the batch
- Supplied alt text applied to each new image
- A check for broken references following the replacement
Not included
- Sourcing, selecting, or creating any images
- Writing alt text for the new images, if not already provided
- Full image optimisation for performance, a separate, related service
- Redesigning image placement or layout beyond a like-for-like swap
Questions about this fix
How do you organise a mapping this large without errors?
We confirm the full mapping against your supplied list before starting, and verify a representative sample after implementation, which is the practical way to maintain accuracy at this scale rather than checking every single one individually.
Can some of the 50 images be different sizes or aspect ratios than their originals?
We'd flag any that don't match their existing placement's expected dimensions, since a mismatch can affect display — worth confirming upfront if you're aware of any known size differences in your batch.
Is this tier the right fit, or should I consider the 200-image tier?
If your actual count is close to or under 50, this tier fits well; if you expect meaningfully more, the 200-image tier is the more appropriately scoped option.
Will you optimise these images for faster loading as part of this?
Basic technical suitability is checked, but a dedicated performance optimisation pass across the batch is a separate, more thorough service if that's specifically what you need.
What if a few images in my batch aren't ready yet?
We can proceed with the ones that are ready and flag the rest, rather than holding the entire batch for a handful of images still pending.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
