We restructure your navigation menu exactly to a spec you provide — which items appear, in what order, any nested submenus — implementing the structure you’ve already planned rather than deciding what your navigation should include or how it should be organised.

  • Full backup taken before we start
  • If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
  • We never ask for your own password
Why this costs $49. An hour of a capable WordPress developer’s time runs about $82 in the UK, $100 in the US and $105 in the Gulf, and for anything urgent a two-hour minimum is normal. This is $49 for up to 45 minutes of hands-on work, with a full backup taken before we start. 2026 market rates.

What we need from you

  • A clear spec of the desired menu structure, including item order and any nested submenu relationships
  • Confirmation of exactly which menu this applies to, if your site has more than one (primary, footer, mobile)
  • Any new pages that need creating to support the new structure, or confirmation all destinations already exist

This or something else?

You have a specific menu structure spec ready to implement This fix covers it
You want help deciding what your navigation structure should actually be Outside this fix’s scope — that’s an information architecture decision, a different kind of engagement
You want header or footer content updated more broadly, not specifically the menu structure Header & footer content update
Existing menu links are broken, not a restructuring request The relevant broken link scan & repair tier for your site’s size

What we do

  1. Review the supplied spec for completeness and clarity
  2. Confirm every destination in the new structure exists or flag what’s missing
  3. Implement the new menu structure exactly as specified
  4. Verify nested submenus display and function correctly
  5. Check the restructured menu on both desktop and mobile
  6. Confirm no existing functionality was disrupted by the change

What is included

  • Your specified menu structure implemented exactly as provided
  • Verified correct submenu nesting and function
  • Confirmed desktop and mobile display
  • A check that no existing functionality was disrupted

Not included

  • Deciding the actual navigation structure or information architecture — that’s a planning decision that stays with you
  • Creating new destination pages that don’t yet exist, a separate, related fix if needed
  • Repairing unrelated broken links found during implementation
  • Visual redesign of the menu’s styling, beyond structural changes

Questions about this fix

Can you help me figure out the best way to organise my navigation?

That's an information architecture decision outside this fix's scope — we implement a structure you've already planned; if you want help thinking through the actual organisation, that's a different kind of conversation.

What if a page in my new menu spec doesn't exist yet?

We'd flag this specifically, since implementing a menu item pointing at a page that doesn't exist would just create a broken link — creating the missing page is a separate, related fix if needed.

Will this affect my mobile menu the same way as desktop?

We verify the restructuring works correctly on both, since mobile menus sometimes behave differently (a hamburger menu, a different nesting behaviour) and need separate confirmation.

Does this apply to my footer menu too, or just the main navigation?

Only to whichever menu you specify — if you have a separate footer menu that also needs restructuring, worth including that in your spec or ordering separately.

What happens to my old menu structure once this is implemented?

It's replaced by the new structure — we keep a pre-change backup, so the previous structure can be restored if genuinely needed, though the intent is a full replacement, not two structures existing side by side.

Your access, your rules

Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.

We back up first, always

Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.

If it is not what you bought

If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.

If we cannot fix it

You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.

If it comes back

Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.

What we are responsible for

If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
