This is the same scan and categorisation work covered by our cookie audit and our third-party tracker inventory, combined into a single pass and a single report — useful when you want both covered together in one order rather than as two separate reports.
Cookie & tracker scan with categorisation
Cookies and third-party trackers scanned and categorised together in a single combined report.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- Access to browse and inspect your site’s network activity
- A list of any third-party services or cookie tools you’re already aware of
- Your preferred report format, if you have one
This or something else?
| You want cookies and broader third-party trackers scanned and categorised together in one report | This fix covers it |
| You only need cookies covered specifically, not the broader tracker inventory | Cookie audit & categorisation report, the narrower, standalone version |
| You only need third-party services inventoried, not cookie-specific categorisation | Third-party tracker inventory report, the narrower, standalone version |
| You want the actual consent banner or blocking implemented from the findings | Cookie consent banner implementation, or Consent-gated script blocking configuration |
What we do
- Crawl and scan the site to identify every cookie set
- Inspect network activity to identify every third-party service contacted
- Categorise cookies into standard consent categories
- Attribute and flag third-party services by purpose and data-sharing practice
- Compile both into a single, combined written report
What is included
- A combined cookie and third-party tracker scan
- Standard consent-category classification for cookies
- Purpose and data-type attribution for third-party services
- A single, combined written report
Not included
- Implementing a consent banner or blocking based on the findings — a separate, related fix
- Ongoing re-scanning as scripts and integrations change
- Legal interpretation of what the findings mean for your specific obligations
- Removing or reconfiguring any service identified — quoted separately
Questions about this fix
Is this cheaper than ordering the cookie audit and tracker inventory separately?
Combining them into one pass is generally more efficient than two separate engagements, since much of the underlying scanning overlaps — worth confirming based on your specific situation.
Why would I want both together instead of just one?
If you're approaching this from a general compliance-testing angle rather than a narrower cookie-specific or privacy-specific one, having both covered in a single report is simply more convenient.
Is the actual scanning any different from ordering the two reports separately?
No — this uses the same underlying methods as each standalone report, just delivered together rather than as two separate engagements.
Will this flag things the individual reports wouldn't?
Not typically — the combined report covers the same ground as both individual reports together, not additional scope beyond either.
Should I get this if I already know I only care about cookies?
Probably not — the standalone cookie audit is the more focused, likely more cost-effective choice if trackers beyond cookies genuinely aren't a concern for you.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
