We connect your point-of-sale system to WooCommerce so inventory stays synced between your physical and online stores — a sale at the till reduces online stock, and vice versa, so you’re never selling the same item twice across channels.
POS integration & inventory sync
Your POS system connected to WooCommerce so a sale anywhere updates stock everywhere.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- An account with your chosen POS system, including API access where required
- Confirmation of which products should sync between systems
- Your intended sync frequency and direction (one-way or two-way)
This or something else?
| You want your POS system connected to WooCommerce for inventory sync | This fix covers it |
| An already-connected POS integration is showing sync errors or drift | Stock sync & inventory discrepancy fix, the diagnostic version |
| You want multi-warehouse configuration, not POS specifically | Multi-warehouse inventory configuration |
| You haven’t chosen a POS system yet | We can advise generally, though the account and any associated cost remain yours directly |
What we do
- Confirm your POS system and its API or integration method
- Configure which products sync and in which direction
- Set up the sync schedule or real-time connection
- Test with sample transactions on both sides
- Verify inventory reflects correctly across both channels
What is included
- POS system connected to WooCommerce for inventory sync
- Tested sample transactions confirming correct sync
- A written note on the configuration
Not included
- Your POS system’s own account or subscription cost, which remains yours directly
- Diagnosing an already-connected integration’s ongoing drift — a separate, related fix
- Multi-warehouse configuration — a separate, related fix if that’s your actual need
- Ongoing management of the POS account itself
Questions about this fix
Does this work in real time, or on a schedule?
This depends on what your specific POS system's integration supports — we'd configure the most immediate option available, and tell you plainly if true real-time sync isn't possible with your setup.
What happens if a sale happens at the same moment online and in-store?
A genuine, simultaneous conflict is rare but possible with any two-way sync — we'd configure the system to handle this as gracefully as the underlying tools allow.
Do I need a specific POS system for this to work?
This works with POS systems that offer an API or integration method compatible with WooCommerce — we'd confirm compatibility with your specific system before starting.
Will this sync pricing as well as stock levels?
This can be configured depending on your needs and your POS system's capabilities — worth confirming whether you want pricing synced too, or managed separately in each system.
What if sync issues develop after this is set up?
That's covered by a separate, related diagnostic fix, since an intermittent, developing issue is a different kind of problem than the initial connection.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
