We prepare an appeal to Google when an ad account, Merchant Center feed, or listing has been suspended or rejected — the specific evidence and explanation Google’s review process actually looks for — though the review and outcome remain entirely Google’s own decision.

What we need from you

  • The specific suspension or rejection notice from Google
  • Access to the relevant account (Ads, Merchant Center) to gather supporting evidence
  • Any context on what may have triggered the policy flag, if known

This or something else?

You have a Google Ads or Merchant Center suspension or rejection and want an appeal prepared This fix covers it
The underlying issue causing the flag is something we can fix directly first Worth addressing the underlying cause first, which often strengthens the appeal itself
Your site is on a Safe Browsing blacklist, not a Google Ads or Merchant policy issue Blacklist delisting submission & tracking, a related but different process
You want ongoing feed management, not a one-time appeal Worth discussing directly, since ongoing management is a separate, broader scope

What we do

  1. Review the specific suspension or rejection notice and cited policy
  2. Identify and, where possible, correct the underlying cause before appealing
  3. Prepare a clear, evidence-based appeal addressing the specific policy cited
  4. Submit the appeal through Google’s available channel
  5. Follow up if Google requests additional information

What is included

  • A clear, evidence-based appeal addressing the specific policy cited
  • Correction of the underlying cause, where identifiable and within our control
  • Follow-up if additional information is requested
  • A written summary of the outcome

Not included

  • Guaranteeing Google approves the appeal or provides a specific timeline, which remains entirely Google’s decision
  • Multiple appeal attempts beyond what’s reasonable if the first is declined without new grounds
  • Advertising strategy or campaign management beyond this specific appeal
  • Ongoing account management with Google

Questions about this fix

Can you guarantee my account or listing gets reinstated?

No — Google's review process and decision are entirely their own, and no appeal, however well prepared, can guarantee a specific outcome.

What if I don't know what actually triggered the suspension?

We'd review the notice and your account together to identify the likely cause, since a genuinely unaddressed underlying issue tends to weaken an appeal regardless of how it's written.

Should I fix the underlying issue before appealing?

Generally yes, if the cause is something within our control to correct — an appeal that addresses a genuinely resolved issue is considerably stronger than one appealing without change.

How long does Google typically take to respond to an appeal?

This varies and isn't within our control — we'd help submit a strong appeal and follow up where possible, but the review timeline itself is entirely Google's own.

What if the appeal is declined?

We'd tell you plainly and discuss whether there's genuinely new information or corrected context that would support a further attempt, rather than resubmitting the same appeal repeatedly.

Your access, your rules

Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.

We back up first, always

Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.

If it is not what you bought

If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.

If we cannot fix it

You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.

If it comes back

Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.

What we are responsible for

If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
