This report identifies the specific entities (people, places, organisations, products) and topics your existing content actually covers, and how thoroughly — useful for understanding what your site currently, genuinely represents to search engines and AI systems, without recommending what it should cover instead.
Entity & topic extraction report
A report on which entities and topics your content actually covers — not what it should cover.

- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- Access to crawl the site’s content comprehensively
- Confirmation of any specific sections you’re most interested in having covered
- Your preferred report format, if you have one
This or something else?
| You want to know what entities and topics your existing content actually represents | This fix covers it |
| You want recommendations on what topics or keywords you should be covering instead | Outside what this fix does — that’s a content strategy service, a different kind of engagement |
| You want your Organization and WebSite schema built to formally establish entity relationships | Organization & WebSite entity graph build, in the Schema & Machine Readability category |
| You want a broader machine-readability audit, not specifically entity and topic coverage | Machine-readability audit report |
What we do
- Crawl and analyse your site’s existing content
- Identify the specific entities and topics genuinely represented
- Assess how thoroughly each is covered based on what’s actually present
- Flag any notable inconsistency or gaps in how entities are referenced across the site

Questions about this fix
Will this tell me what topics I should start writing about?
No — this reports on what your existing content actually represents; deciding what new topics to pursue is a content and business strategy decision outside this report's scope.
What counts as an 'entity' in this context?
A specific, identifiable thing your content refers to — a person, a place, an organisation, a product, a concept — which is different from a general keyword or topic in that it's a distinct, nameable thing search engines and AI systems try to recognise consistently.
How is this useful if it doesn't recommend anything?
Knowing accurately what you currently represent is a genuinely useful starting point for your own strategic decisions, even without this report making those decisions for you.
Does this relate to the Organization schema fix?
Related but different — this report identifies entities and topics in your content generally; the Organization and WebSite entity graph build formally establishes your business itself as a recognised entity through structured data.
Will this flag if my content mentions the same entity inconsistently, like two different spellings of a name?
Yes, that kind of inconsistency is exactly the sort of finding this report is built to catch, since it can genuinely confuse how search engines and AI systems recognise the entity as one consistent thing.

If this is the second time this year
A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
