We configure multi-warehouse inventory — stock tracked separately across more than one physical location, with orders routed to the correct warehouse — distinct from a single-location stock accuracy issue, which is a different, simpler kind of problem.
Multi-warehouse inventory configuration
Inventory tracked separately across multiple warehouses, with orders routed to the right one.
- Full backup taken before we start
- If we can’t fix it, you get your money back
- We never ask for your own password
What we need from you
- Access to your multi-warehouse or inventory plugin’s settings
- A list of your warehouse locations and which products are stocked where
- Your intended order-routing logic (nearest warehouse, priority order, or manual assignment)
This or something else?
| You want inventory tracked and orders routed across multiple physical warehouse locations | This fix covers it |
| You have a single location with a general stock accuracy issue, not multiple warehouses | Stock sync & inventory discrepancy fix, the single-location version |
| You want POS integration specifically, not multi-warehouse configuration | POS integration & inventory sync |
| An already-configured multi-warehouse setup has a routing or sync error | Worth describing the specific issue to us directly for a diagnostic fix |
What we do
- Confirm your warehouse locations and which products are stocked at each
- Configure inventory tracking separately per location
- Set up order-routing logic according to your intended rules
- Test order routing across a range of scenarios
- Verify stock levels display and update correctly per location
What is included
- Multi-warehouse inventory configured to your specification
- Order-routing logic configured and tested
- Verified per-location stock accuracy
- A written note on the configuration
Not included
- Diagnosing a single-location stock accuracy issue — a separate, simpler fix if that’s your actual need
- Diagnosing an existing, already-configured multi-warehouse error — a separate, related fix
- POS integration itself, if not already in place — a separate, related fix
- Ongoing management as you add or remove warehouse locations
Questions about this fix
How does the system decide which warehouse fulfils an order?
This depends on your intended logic — commonly the nearest warehouse to the customer, or a priority order you define — we'd configure whichever matches your actual operations.
Can a single order be split across two warehouses if needed?
This depends on your specific plugin's capabilities — we'd confirm whether split fulfilment is supported and configure it if that's genuinely how you need to operate.
What if I only have one warehouse right now but plan to add more later?
Worth mentioning this upfront, since configuring with future expansion in mind can save reconfiguration effort later, even if only one location is active today.
Is this more complex than a single-location stock fix?
Yes, genuinely — coordinating stock and routing across multiple locations involves more moving parts than correcting a single location's stock accuracy.
Does this integrate with a POS system too?
If you also use a POS system per location, that's a related, complementary fix worth combining with this configuration.

A bad update breaking the site is a symptom of updates not being tested first. Care plans run every update on a staging clone before it reaches your live site, which is the actual fix for this happening again.
Your access, your rules
Create a separate admin account for us and delete it when we are done. For anything else, we get in touch and agree a method — never a form field on this site, never by reply to an email.
We back up first, always
Before anything is touched we take a full backup and keep it for 30 days. If a fix goes wrong, we put the site back exactly as it was.
If it is not what you bought
If the problem turns out smaller than what you ordered, we refund the difference. If it is bigger, we stop and send a quote before doing any extra work.
If we cannot fix it
You get back what we received. Diagnosis is on us — you only pay when the problem is actually solved. The payment processor takes its fee before the money reaches us, so we never hold it and it is not ours to return. That is true here as everywhere else.
If it comes back
Reply within seven days of delivery and we put it back on the bench at no cost. The fix is not finished until it holds.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with a fix, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. We take a full backup first so mistakes can be undone, and we tell you before doing anything outside what you bought.
